The Four Horseman

Revelation 6:1-8   NLT

As I watched, the Lamb broke the first of the seven seals on the scroll. Then I heard one of the four living beings say with a voice like thunder, "Come!" I looked up and saw a white horse standing there. Its rider carried a bow, and crown was placed on his head. He rode out to win many battles and gain the victory. When the Lambe broke the second seal, I heard the second living being say, "Come!" Then another horse appeared, a red one. Its rider was given a mighty sword and the authority to take peace from the earth. And there was war and slaughter everywhere. When the Lamb broke the third seal, I heard the third living being say, "Come!" I looked up and saw a black horse, and its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand. And I heard a voice from among the four living beings say, "A loaf of wheat bread or three loaves of barley will cost a day's pay. And don't waste the olive oil and wine." When the Lamb broke the fourth seal, I heard the fourth living being say, "Come!" I looked up and saw a horse whose color was pale green. Its rider was named Death, and his companion was the Grave. These two were given authority over one-fourth of the earth, to kill with the sword and famine and disease and wild animals.

The seals will take place after the Rapture of the church, and the bride of Christ has been taken away from the earth. There will be a great deception during that time, and the people of earth will believe the deception that has come upon the earth. Then God will pour out His Wrath upon all mankind and the earth also. Starting with the seals, the White Horse represents the peace that will fall upon the earth during that time. The antichrist will take his place over the world through conquering all the kingdoms of the world that the people will hand over all their countries over to the antichrist. He will bring peace in the beginning. But once he has the entire world serving him, worshipping him, and doing all his bidding, then the second seal will be opened, and the red horse will come forth.  The red horse represents war. The antichrist will start a World War III and he will kill and conquer all over the world. He will take peace from the earth and the people will be slaughtered. We do not know how many people will be killed by the red horse, but anytime there is war there is always death and destruction. Then the third seal will be open, and the black horse will come forth which is famine, and inflation. Because, of what the red horse brought on the earth, the black horse represents the starvation of mankind upon the earth, the inflation will be so bad that man will starve, and death will come because there will be no food. All the food will be so expensive that man will not be able to afford it. Jobs will be scarce because of the desolation that war has brought. It will be worse than the Depression Age of the 1930's. People died during the Depression Era from starvation, but this time it will be worse, man will turn on themselves and cannibalism will spread throughout the earth. Cannibalism has always been a plague due to starvation, it happened during the time of Noah. The Giants in those days turned on man, and started eating man, even the Native Americans have reports that the Red Hair Giants were cannibals. This time man will become cannibals. Then the fourth seal broke and the pale green horse which represents death and hell (grave). Everywhere on the earth mankind will be dying through all kinds of diseases, because of the war that has broken out. There will also be so much demonization upon the earth, due to the Holy Spirit has step aside, and mankind will kill each other in the cities, rural areas, and everywhere mankind lives, there will be murder. You will be eating in a restaurant in peace, and suddenly mankind will start fighting each other in the restaurant, then it will go out into the streets, and the killing won't stop, mankind will be killing each other. The animals will also turn on mankind and attack them, killing them, there will be so much death that one-fourth 25% of the population will be killed, which will bring so much devastation, and the economic system will be devastated also. This will be the worst time that will ever be recorded. There will be nowhere to run, nowhere to hide, you will be hunted, and killed.

I know I have repeated myself plenty of times throughout the explanation of the first four seals, but I wanted to express how bad it will be during that time. I do not want my worst enemy to be left behind. I want my enemy to come to Christ so they can make it in the Rapture. Unless you put the first four seals into perspective, you will never know how bad it is going to be. All I ask is come to Jesus, accept Him as your Saviour now so that you won't have to be here during The Great Tribulation.
