Daniel 9:24-27
A period of seventy sets of seven has been decreed for your people and your holy city to finish their rebellion, to put an end to their sin, to atone for their guilt, to bring an everlasting righteousness, to confirm the prophetic vision, and to anoint the Most Holy Place. Now listen and understand! Seven sets of seven plus sixty-two sets of seven will pass from the time the command is given to rebuild Jerusalem until a ruler-the Anointed One-comes. Jerusalem will be rebuilt with streets and strong defenses, despite the perilous times. After this period of sixty-two sets of seven, the Anointed One will be killed, appearing to have accomplished nothing, and a ruler will arise whose armies will destroy the city and the Temple. The end will come with a flood, and war and its miseries are decreed from that time to te very end. The ruler will make a treaty with the people for a period of one set of seven, but after half this time, he will put an end to the sacrifices and offerings. And as a climax to all his terrible deeds, he will set up a sacrilegious object that causes desecration, until the fate decreed for this defiler is finally poured out on him.
2 Thessalonians 2:1-12
Now dear brothers and sisters, let us clarify some things about the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and how we will be gathered to meet Him. Don't be so easily shaken or alarmed by those who say that the day of the Lord has already begun. Don't believe them, even if they claim to have had a spiritual vision, a revelation, or a letter supposedly from us. Don't be fooled by what they say. For that day will not come until there is a great rebellion against God and the man of lawlessness is revealed-the one who brings destruction. He will exalt himself and defy everything that people call god and every object of worship. He will even sit in the temple of God, claiming that he himself is God. Don't you remember that I told you about all this when I was with you? And you know what is holding him back, for he can be revealed only when his time comes. For this lawlessness is already at work secretly, and it will remain secret until the one who is holding it back steps out of the way. Then the man of lawlessness will be revealed, but the Lord Jesus will kill him with the breath of his mouth and destroy him by the splendor of his coming. This man will come to do the work of Satan with counterfeit power and signs and miracles. He will use every kind of evil deception to fool those on their way to destruction, because they refuse to love and accept the truth that would save them. So God will cause them to be greatly deceived, and they will believe these lies. Then they will be condemned for enjoying evil rather than believing the truth.
Daniel speaks about the coming of the antichrist. that is coming at the time of the Great Tribulation. This antichrist will make a treaty with Israel for seven years. He will let Israel build their third temple, then after three and an half years the antichrist will erect a statue and have everyone worship this statue plus have everyone receive his mark on either the right hand or their forehead. Then at the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, Jesus will conquer the antichrist, the beast, and the false prophet, and destroy them all. Jesus will throw the beast and the false prophet into the Lake of Fire, and the Angel of the Abyss will throw Satan into the abyss for a thousand years during the reign of Jesus Christ on earth, then after the thousand years Satan will be released for a season, and then Jesus will destroy the armies that come against Him.
Most people believe that Daniel speaks about the One True Messiah Jesus Christ, but the truth is, is that is not the case. It speaks about the antichrist. Now, the antichrist will not be revealed until the Holy Spirit steps aside, and the man of perdition is revealed, but it won't happen until the rapture of the church is taken place. I believe the rapture could happen in the next three years during the time of the Feast of Trumpets. But the truth is, the rapture can happen any day now. The only thing we are waiting for is the last Gentile to be saved. For we are living in the days of the gentiles. The bible says when the days of the gentiles is fulfilled then the rapture will take place, and Jesus will step on the cloud and call forth His Bride.
Romans 11:25 NLT
I want you to understand this mysdtery, dear brothers and sisters, so that you will not feel proud about yourselves. Some of the people of Israel have hard hearts, but this will last only until the full number fo Gentiles comes to Christ.
Most people today do not believe in the rapture, neither do they believe in the pre-tribulation rapture as well. But that is not what the bible says, the bible speaks about a pre-trib rapture. A lot of people today believe the rapture to happen during the middle of the tribulation, and some believe it will take place at the end of the tribulation. The problem with that theory is we don't know when the fulfillment of the gentiles happens, when the Holy Spirit steps aside, then God will pour out His wrath upon all the people and all the earth. A lot of people believe that the church will go through the tribulation and will be beaten and killed for the name of Jesus, but the truth is the rapture will take place, the Holy Spirit steps aside, then the antichrist will be revealed as the Messiah of the world, and he will have power to overpower the Tribulation Saints and Israel. The seventieth week is for Israel, you see 144,000 from the 12 tribes of Israel will be sealed with the seal of God. They are the only ones who will be sealed. The rest will not be sealed, and all the people who are left behind will be deceived and lied to by the antichrist. There will not be a second chance for those who have heard the gospel and reject the gospel. This will be the worse of time that has ever been on earth, and there will never be a time like it.
1 Thessalonians 5:9 NKJV
For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.
The church is NOT called or appointed unto the wrath of God that will be poured upon all flesh during the Great Tribulation, anytime when God pours out His wrath, He always rescues the righteous ones first. Just like He did with Noah and his family, Lot and his daughters. The righteous are never under the wrath of God. Some people believe that the church needs to be redeemed by going through the Great Tribulation, but the truth of the matter is, we already been redeemed when Jesus died on the cross for our sins, we don't need to go through the time of the Great Wrath of God. Jesus is coming for His Bride, and we will go up before the Great and Terrible Day of the Lord.
